About AI Income Track
A Singapore training company built around checkpoint discipline — not hype, not wellness coaching, and not financial advisory services.
Why we built a track, not a toolkit tour
AI Income Track Pte. Ltd. (UEN 203016847R) was founded to address a gap we saw repeatedly among East Region professionals: plenty of tool access, almost no structured path from experimentation to billable delivery. Freelancers knew ChatGPT existed but could not explain their process to clients. Agency contractors used Copilot daily but lacked quality gates. In-house teams wanted AI-assisted workflows but had no shared checkpoint language.
We designed six checkpoints that mirror how professional work actually progresses — orientation, tool discipline, quality review, delivery rhythm, scope framing, and capstone planning. Each module produces an artefact you can show, not just notes you forget. Our facilitators come from professional services, content production, and operations backgrounds. They teach from practice, not stage performance.
We operate from Heartbeat @ Bedok at 11 Bedok North Street 1, #03-07, Singapore 469662 — accessible via Bedok MRT and major bus routes serving the East Region. The location reflects our learner base: working professionals who need evening sessions, regional SMEs, and hybrid workers balancing client hours with upskilling.
Facilitator methodology
Our facilitators follow a consistent review framework across all checkpoints. Demonstrations use realistic briefs — scope memos, client emails, draft deliverables — rather than abstract examples. Paired drills let you compare approaches with peers facing similar constraints. Individual checkpoint submissions receive written feedback against published rubrics, so expectations are never ambiguous.
We maintain small cohort sizes to preserve feedback quality. Classroom culture emphasises professional candour: if output would not pass a client review, facilitators say so directly and show how to revise. That directness is intentional. Soft encouragement without checkpoint standards wastes your time and ours.
Facilitators do not provide wellness coaching, therapy, or licensed financial advice. When learners raise topics outside vocational scope — investment strategy, personal wellbeing programmes, legal contract interpretation — we refer them to appropriately qualified professionals.
