Capstone checkpoint presentation at the end of the income track program

If your question is not covered here, contact us at [email protected] or through the contact form. We update this page when new themes emerge from enrolment conversations across Bedok cohorts.

Is AI Income Track wellness coaching or financial advice?

No. We are a checkpoint-based skills training company, not a wellness coaching practice, therapy service, or licensed financial advisory firm. Our curriculum covers workflow orientation, checkpoint quality, client communication, scope and pricing structures, and capstone track documentation — the operational mechanics of professional delivery. We do not guarantee earnings, prescribe investment strategies, or sell motivational packages detached from practised work. If you seek life coaching, mental wellness programmes, or personalised financial planning, our track checkpoints will feel too procedural for your goals. We encourage you to consult appropriately licensed professionals for those needs.

Do I need prior AI experience to start Checkpoint I?

Basic familiarity with a web browser and word processor is sufficient. Checkpoint I assumes you may have experimented with a chat-based AI tool casually but have not formalised a workflow with documented checkpoints. We do not expect coding skills or data science backgrounds. If you already run structured client projects with review gates and scope memos, speak with us about entering at Checkpoint III or IV after a brief orientation call.

Where are track sessions held?

Standard cohort sessions run from our classroom at 11 Bedok North Street 1, #03-07 Heartbeat @ Bedok, Singapore 469662 — in the Bedok district, minutes from Bedok MRT and the bus interchange. Corporate engagements may include on-site orientation segments by arrangement, but hands-on laptop modules default to our Bedok classroom for consistent setup, facilitator support, and PDPA-conscious exercise materials.

What should I bring to a checkpoint session?

A laptop you can work on for three or more consecutive hours, power adapter, and any client-confidential materials only if you have permission to use them in a shared classroom. We provide printed checkpoint sheets and reference checklists. Wi-Fi is available on site. External monitors are limited; request ahead if you rely on dual-screen setup for Copilot or long-context review exercises.

Can I enrol in a single checkpoint instead of the full track?

Yes, with orientation approval. Checkpoints II through VI assume completion of prior modules or equivalent documented experience. We conduct a brief readiness conversation before confirming single-checkpoint enrolment to ensure you will benefit from the material and can meet review gate expectations.

Do you guarantee income after completing the track?

No. We teach vocational skills — workflow design, quality gates, client framing, and capstone planning — not outcome guarantees. Income depends on your market, effort, existing relationships, and how you apply checkpoint artefacts in real engagements. Completion certificates reflect training participation and checkpoint review, not revenue performance.

How much do checkpoint programs cost?

Fees vary by checkpoint level, cohort format, and whether you enrol individually or as a corporate group. We provide current pricing during the enrolment conversation rather than publishing static rates that may change between cohort cycles. Contact us with your preferred checkpoint entry point for a quote within two business days.

What tools does the curriculum cover?

Primary tools include ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Claude. Checkpoint II focuses on lane discipline across these platforms. We do not endorse a single vendor; we teach selection criteria based on brief type, integration environment, and output requirements. Tool interfaces change frequently — our checkpoint rubrics emphasise transferable workflow logic over version-specific clicks.

Is corporate track training available for teams?

Yes. Corporate engagements adapt the six-checkpoint sequence to your team's briefs and compliance requirements. Formats include evening blocks, full-day intensives, and hybrid on-site orientation plus Bedok classroom modules. See our services page or contact us with team size and timeline for a proposal.
