These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to https://aiincometrack.life/ (the "Website") operated by AI Income Track Pte. Ltd. ("AI Income Track", "we", "us", or "our"), UEN 203016847R, with registered business address at 11 Bedok North Street 1, #03-07, Heartbeat @ Bedok, Singapore 469662. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.

1. About our services

AI Income Track provides vocational training in AI-assisted professional workflows through six checkpoint programmes, mentoring sessions, and corporate track engagements delivered primarily at Heartbeat @ Bedok. We teach workflow orientation, quality gates, client communication, scope framing, and capstone track planning. We are a skills training provider — not a licensed financial advisory firm, wellness coaching practice, therapy service, or employment agency.

Nothing on the Website or in our training materials constitutes financial advice, investment recommendation, legal advice, tax advice, or wellness coaching. Discussions of pricing, commercial structures, or income potential are educational illustrations only. We do not guarantee income, revenue, profit, employment outcomes, or wellness results.

2. Website use

You may use the Website for lawful personal or internal business purposes related to evaluating or enrolling in our services. You agree not to:

Use the Website in any manner that violates applicable Singapore law or international law where relevant;
Attempt unauthorised access to our systems, other users' data, or third-party accounts;
Transmit malware, automated scraping tools, or excessive requests that impair site performance;
Reproduce, republish, or commercially exploit Website content without prior written consent;
Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through contact forms or enrolment channels;
Circumvent security measures including honeypot fields on our contact form.

We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or pose a security risk.

3. Intellectual property

All content on the Website — including text, graphics, logos, checkpoint rubrics, curriculum structure, and layout — is owned by AI Income Track or licensed to us. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view and download content for personal evaluation. Enrolled participants receive additional licence scope for materials explicitly distributed during checkpoint sessions, subject to any classroom agreements provided at enrolment.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our curriculum except as expressly permitted in writing. Participant-created checkpoint submissions remain your property; you grant us a licence to review and retain copies as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Enrolment and fees

Checkpoint programme fees, mentoring rates, and corporate track pricing are communicated during the enrolment process and may vary by cohort, format, and customisation level. Published Website content is informational and does not constitute a binding offer until confirmed in writing with payment terms.

Cancellation and rescheduling policies are provided at enrolment. Unless otherwise stated, fees for completed sessions are non-refundable. We may reschedule sessions due to facilitator illness, venue unavailability, or force majeure events, offering alternative dates or proportional credit where appropriate.

5. Participant conduct

Participants in classroom, mentoring, or corporate sessions must behave professionally toward facilitators and peers. Harassment, discrimination, unauthorised recording of other participants, or display of client-confidential materials without permission may result in removal without refund. You are responsible for compliance with your employer's policies and client confidentiality obligations when using materials in exercises.

6. Third-party tools and links

Training may reference or involve third-party AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Claude. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms. We do not control third-party services and are not liable for their availability, pricing changes, or data practices. The Website may contain links to external sites; we are not responsible for their content or policies.

7. Disclaimers

The Website and training services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted Website access, error-free materials, or that training will produce specific commercial outcomes.

Checkpoint completion certificates attest to participation and review gate passage where applicable. They are not professional certifications recognised by external accreditation bodies unless explicitly stated in writing for a specific engagement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, AI Income Track and its directors, employees, and facilitators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from Website use or training participation, even if advised of the possibility.

Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Website or services shall not exceed the fees you paid us for the specific programme or service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the event, or SGD 500 if no fees were paid, whichever is greater. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Income Track from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Website, violation of third-party rights, or submission of unlawful content through our forms.

10. Privacy

Personal data handling is described in our Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference. Contact form submissions require PDPA consent as indicated on the form.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or Website use, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

12. Changes

We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version on this page with a new effective date. Material changes affecting enrolled participants will be communicated where practicable. Continued Website use after changes constitutes acceptance unless applicable law requires explicit consent.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions continue in full force. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid while preserving the parties' original intent where possible.

14. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any written enrolment agreement you sign with us, constitute the entire agreement regarding Website use and general service conditions. Enrolment-specific terms provided at registration may supplement or clarify checkpoint requirements, fees, and attendance rules for your cohort.
